This SESOC practice design features report provides a template for professional engineers with respect to non-residential buildings. It is not intended to be prescriptive, or to be used by others as a basis for prescribing the required scope for structural design reviews. However, it will provide useful background material to others including clients, regulators and building officials. The intention of this Guideline is to provide a more consistent base for design reviewers across New Zealand.
