Canopy at uplift wind load

I have a 22*3 meter canopy attached to a building by tie rods as tension tie rods that attach the outer most part of the canopy back to the structure.
Due to wind uplift, this canopy may be lifted (theoretically), I notice it is a standard design what another engineer opinion about this?
