I am reviewing the wind loading for a curved roof and would appreciate your clarification on the application of Table A.3 of AS/NZS 1170.2:2021.
My initial understanding was that the upper values across U, T and D form one loading case, and the lower values form another. Clause A.3 states that “all combinations of external pressure coefficients on U, T and D shall be checked”.
Could you please confirm whether this requires all eight combinations of the two values across U, T and D, including mixed upper and lower selections, together with the additional asymmetric case obtained by subdividing the central zone T?
