With the recent H1 changes we are now commonly requested to design residential foundations with polystyrene under the entire slab and footings of residential buildings.
Can anyone point me to any design guidance or technical resources for design with regard to bearing capacity and 50 year durability design life for the use of polystyrene under foundations?
