Structural Fire Protection for Structural Engineers
Topic starter

Hi,
I was wondering what criteria need to be considered to identify which structural steel members need to be fire protected?
Are there any guidelines, codes, acceptable solutions, etc. that we can practice as an approved solution?
Thank you.

Typically steel members supporting floors/main structural system(gravity supports) require fire protection. Have a look at:

Cheers
